Most of Cali's households have limited access to resources, he has managed to reach them and change their lives. First bringing wheelchairs to the children who were left at home, resocializing and bringing life to them. Most of these kids died at the age of 14, but since his intervention nowadays they have job opportunities and therapists who help them in their rehabilitation process.
